Our exporter invited us to Karaoke with some of his clients and they so happen to have Wu Tang Clans Cream. This event was priceless!
Dinner at young Williams house seems to always hit the spot. Well, expect when they have boiled meat balls. Thats really not my thing but this meal here is beyond yummy! They always serve a massive amount of veggies and nine times out of ten, the dish has little pieces of meat mixed in. The browner dish is made of pork rib pieces, mushrooms and fungus leaves. They hooked that all the way up. The red dish next to it is a traditional dish of tomatoes, soy sauce and eggs and believe that may have been the best thing on the table. When they make it, Janel and I normally don’t get up until its all gone. We’ve made our own rendition of it but doesn’t really taste as good as Williams’ Aunties (another name for maid). Thee other three dishes are all veggies with pork pieces. The one closes to the tomatoes is made out of a Chinese cucumber . The one next to that I’m not really sure what its called but it reminds me of spinach. The last dish is asparagus strips and meat and that was delicious. All the veggies taste like they have a garden in the kitchen and the pulled them up right before dinner.

Photos I snagged while at the Venetian Hotel in Macau. When I first got through customs, I noticed that the signs were in what looked to be Spanish but as we went around the city I noticed it was Portuguese. I really never heard of this place until a week before we went, so it was all new to me but it was great! I got a chance to party at this super sick club call Cubics, which was literally right across the street from my hotel. AMAZING. The dane floor was crazy. A giant circle raised up in the middle with VIP tables surrounding it and a massive stage where the DJ and dancers did their thing. The sound system was probably one of the best ones I’ve come across since I been on this side of the earth. We stayed at The Venetian Hotel. The rooms were super tight. Victorian theme inspired. Very well put together and not to mention the beds had me drooling.I hated the fact we had to check out. It was a great experience! I had no idea there would be a lake throughout the hotel. My American friend who was visiting form Taiwan with his team mates and friends told me this is exactly what Vegas looks like. Everything is thee exact same. Welp! In the that case, i guess what happens in Macau, stays in Macau!
